Green beans and
Portabella Mushrooms |
This easy
to
prepare but delicious recipe was given to me by my good friend Diva.
Ingredients:
Sauce:

1 Tablespoon wine vinegar
-
2 Tablespoons fresh cream
-
3-4 Tablespoons olive oil
-
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
-
Steam beans until tender.

Sauté the mushrooms in the oil.
-
Mix the beans with the mushrooms.
-
Prepare the sauce by whisking all the
ingredients together.
-
Pour the sauce on to beans and sprinkle
with chopped parsley.
-
Serve at room temperature
4-6 servings
