 Green beans and Portabella  Mushrooms

 

This easy to prepare but delicious recipe was given to me by my good friend Diva.

 

Ingredients:

  • 250 grams greenbeans

  • 300 grams  portabella mushrooms--cleaned and hard stems removed.  If large, cut in half.

  • olive oil

  • chopped parsley

 

Sauce:

  • 1 Tablespoon wine vinegar

  • 2 Tablespoons fresh cream

  • 3-4 Tablespoons olive oil

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

 

  • Steam beans until tender.

  • Sauté the mushrooms in the oil.

  • Mix the beans with the mushrooms.

  • Prepare the sauce by whisking all the ingredients together.

  • Pour the sauce on to beans and sprinkle with chopped parsley.

  • Serve at room temperature
