Out of necessity one has to cook almost everyday, so much the better if one enjoys it and knows a large variety of dishes to prepare. I vary my menu with classic American, Chinese, Italian and Greek dishes. Logically enough, after living in Greece for 19 years, the food that reaches the table is more often than not standard Greek fare.
In these pages which are devoted mostly to Greek cooking, I will share with you many of my favorite recipes. Each month there will be a featured recipe usually corresponding to ingredient availability or to the celebration of a Greek holiday.
